Quotation and Payment

Blossom and Bee Floristry Ltd offers a free initial consultation (face-to-face or by phone) to discuss your plans and requirements. Following this consultation, a proposal and quotation for the cost of your wedding flowers will be sent to you by email and is valid for 28 days. A second meeting (face-to-face or by phone) is available to you, usually about six weeks before your wedding day, to finalise details, delivery times etc. You are free to make changes to your order up until 28 days before your wedding day. If you require any additional meetings or site visits, these may be chargeable at an hourly rate.

You will receive a final invoice for the balance due approximately 28 days before your wedding and payment in full is required immediately on receipt of this invoice. Final payments are payable by bank transfer.

Looking after your flowers

All arrangements will be delivered in prime condition on your wedding day, in suitable packaging to maximise longevity. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure the flowers are kept in optimum conditions according to the florist’s instructions. Blossom and Bee Floristry cannot be held responsible for any failures in the flowers if these instructions have not been adhered to. If required, we can supply vases so that you can keep arrangements in water as much as possible, these must be booked in advance.

Whilst we will work with you to establish the flowers that you would like included in your arrangements, we do not guarantee specific flowers. In the event of supply difficulties or quality concerns, we reserve the right to substitute a previously agreed ingredient or component within a design with an alternative of equivalent value and quality without notice. This includes specific flowers, plants and sundries that may not be available. Flowers and plants are natural products and colours may differ slightly to those agreed.
