Justine has a real interest in flowers and understanding sourcing and floristry techniques, which was such a joy! We decided on using brightly coloured, locally grown summer flowers which I sourced from three different Sussex flower farms. A mixture of foliage, including beautifully fragrant mint and rosemary, with brightly coloured dahlias, cosmos and Justine’s favourite verbena showcased the best of a Sussex summer.
